I specifically wanted a more simple fridge to avoid failure related to uneeded features and complexity. Overall the fridge has a great layout and holds temperatures in a good range. The compresser is quieter than my old fridge and the unit looks nice. The only issues I see with the unit are the more delicate plastic inserts as compared to my old Kenmore, and the gasket door seals are relatively flat and stiff. The inside lining where the gaskets rest around the freezer are icing up a little bit indicating that the gaskets aren't fully sealing all the time. The issue may be related to closing the fridge door as it cause the freezer door to open and then close since the gaskets magnets are weak. I am trying to be more careful with making sure the doors are closing fully. I may need to get replacement gaskets if these ones don't hold up well.

Family cabin has the original refrigerator that we put in 38 years ago, and it finally stopped cooling in the freezer. Needed an efficient,basic fridge delivered and set up. Quick shop at Home Depot,.great assistance w/scheduling delivery. Fridge cools quickly and the glass shelves.makw storage and clean up a breeze. This one may not last 40 years,but a great replacement.

I think I have made a good choice when buying this refrigerator. The clear trays and shelves help me see the items in the refrigerator better. The freezer also has a shelf which helps me better organizing the items.

The Frigidaire Fridge is a replacement for a very old Amanda top-freezer in our garage. It quit defrosting and had to be defrosted manually in our humid climate, with it being so old we decided to just replace it. All of the other top-freezers on display in the store had signage saying they were ™garage ready™™. The Frigidaire did not but the sales person said it was. Who knows?? So far it™™s working very well but we are disappointed that we didn™™t notice it doesn™™t have a light in the freezer compartment. The sales literature said it was ™brightly lighted™™, but that only applies to the refrigerator compartment. No light in the freezer would have been a deal breaker had we noticed the deficiency in time to evaluate something different. I™™m 86, and my parents had a Frigidaire refrigerator when I was growing up, so I am partial to the brand.

The fridge was affordable and just the right size to replace our 16+ year old Frigidaire refrigerator. One of the main selling points of the fridge that was advertised, was that it shuts on its own if left open some certain amount. The fridge does NOT do that. It must be closed all the way to be sealed, it has no self- closing mechanism.

I needed a new fridge quickly as my old one quit working. This Frigidaire is less cubic feet than my old one but has more useable space than my old one. I love the large shelves in the doors. The only thing I wish I would have known was the smooth finish on the doors shows fingerprint easily.

Had refrigerator delivered on 6/19 would not keep freezer cold, watery ice and soft ice cream. Called and had a service person respond (after several weeks) he told us both the freezer and main refrigerator was not working and it was unsafe to use. He ordered parts and set a date of 8//7 to do repairs but they canceled that service for a backorder part. Finally they arrived 8/19 got it working. Morning of 8/20 it was no longer working! I asked for replacement was told no. Over two months without a working brand new refrigerator. But I get to wait for another service call.
